When Less Becomes More: Adjusting to Minimalism

A few months ago, I got rid of nearly everything in my possession. I currently own the least amount of "stuff" I ever have in my adult life, but I feel like I have the most because I appreciate what I have more and make more thoughtful decisions about what to buy and keep.

What's the most stuff you've ever gotten rid of? Or what's the least amount of stuff you've been able to live on for an extended period of time? How did it make you feel and what did you learn from it? Leave a comment and let me know!
