Note: Since it’s been a year and a half since I’ve updated this page, I’ll give a brief summary of the goings-on.

Where: I stayed in New York until moving to Vancouver, Canada in January 2018 to live with Alex. In January of this year (2019) Alex and I moved back to New York.

What: I'm still taking on nutrition clients for Stronger U, but I am no longer taking on new exercise clients for Ritual Coaching, and moving RC in a new direction.

I’ve now been working with bodybuilding coach Shelby Starnes for just under a year, and put on more muscle in the last year than in the three previous years combined.

In the works: Alex and I are in New York waiting for our visa applications to be approved to make a permanent move to Valencia, Spain.

I’m building a course that combines the skills and tools of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and habit coaching, in order to help people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and getting themselves to do it, in order to increase self-belief, resiliency, self-efficacy and consistency while working toward a specific goal. Where: I returned from Thailand and landed in New York, where I've been for the last two months. 

What: I'm now taking on nutrition clients for Stronger U, in addition to exercise clients for Ritual Coaching.

I've continued bodybuilding with programs that Alex Mullan wrote for me, which I'm in love with (the programs and bodybuilding itself), but haven't decided if I'll do another competition yet. 

In the works: I'm still working on a plan to decide where to go next. I know that I don't really want to be in this area when it starts to get cold, but I also need to decide if I want to stay in the country or not!

Work-wise I'm focused on helping as many people as I can through Ritual Coaching and Stronger U, and being the best possible coach I can. I'm considering a few additional certification courses in the next couple of months, in addition to the research I'm doing as an individual (currently focused on hormones).

Where: Ah, how quickly plans change. I just renewed my visa to stay in Thailand for another month.

Where: I'm currently updating this page from a cafe in Thailand. I arrived here just under a week ago. 

What: Taking on new online fitness coaching clients, working in Thai cafes, bodybuilding, and going to the beach. 

In the works: I'll be in Thailand for 3 more weeks, then moving on to another country in Southeast Asia for more of the same.

Where: Last month I spent a few weeks in Anaheim, CA, and I'm back in NY for the next few weeks. 

What: My fitness group kicked off, and we're nearing the end of Week 2 as I write this. I've been going through the workouts along with them, and I just have to say I can't wait to get to a beach. Patting myself on the back for this program.

I've been reading a ton about behavior and mindset recently (currently reading Triggers and The Happiness Advantage), and spent many hours this week learning how to program for hybrid strength/endurance athletes.  

In the works: Keeping it a secret for now, but I've got some big news coming in the next few weeks.

Where: I made it to New Zealand and back! Then quickly jetted to southern California to pause and make new plans. In New Zealand, I: filmed a video in a hot spring about how to get unstuck, made a video summary of my trip, and took pretty pictures

What: I'm working on an exciting new fat loss program for ladies ONLY, doing some more focused study on nutrition, and am reading two books on present experience as it relates to future prediction. (Stumbling on Happiness and But What If We're Wrong?

In the works: I just secured a spot at the Fitness Business Summit in San Diego at the end of March, and am planning a BIG trip immediately after that. One of my major goals for 2017 is to spend 3+ months outside of the country, and it looks like I may hit that before the fall!

Where: I recently made it back to San Francisco, my home for the last 3 years.  

What:  I'm in SF to further downsize my life. Currently I can fit everything I own into a small closet, but since I plan to travel for the foreseeable future, I'm looking to live as minimalistic a lifestyle as possible. I'm down to 3 pairs of pants and 4 shirts. Getting rid of books tears me apart inside, but I just got an iPad for digital reading purposes. I still can't seem to part with my sheet music though. 

In the works: I have travel booked for New Zealand, and Dubai is likely the next major city.

Where: I began the month in New York, celebrating the new year with friends in NYC and visiting with family in Long Island. I'm currently in back in Florida.  

What: I'm working as an online fitness coach full-time (see the rest of this website), so aside from staying on top of current clients, I'm recording lots of videos, writing some, networking some, and taking in as much new information in the fitness realm as I can get my hands on.  

In the works: I'm planning on driving back to New York soon (another FitTrip!). From there, it's off to San Francisco.
